Here"s how it works: Simply fill out a brief profile — including your name, phone number, and email address — then choose a password for security. The system saves your information and assigns you a personal Custom Courses Training ID. Next time you order you simply enter your name and password—the system will automatically look up the information it needs. The most important benefit of this system is that we can easily apply discounts or special offers to you that are activated once you log-in.
How we protect your personal information Custom Courses safeguards the security of the data you send us with physical, electronic and managerial procedures. We urge you to take every precaution to protect your personal data when you are on the Internet. Each product has a single user, single machine license. That means one trainer, one computer. You must purchase an additional license for each user. If you require more copies, for example, to download to another computer you own or use or to share a templates with a colleague you must buy an additional license. b) Modifications
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. This includes changing, editing, deleting, and/or adding to any text; changing any aspect of the design and/or layout; adding or replacing logos, images or illustrations; unlimited printing and reprinting etc. for a single user on a single computer.
c) Unauthorized Use
You may not copy our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website, digital device, other media and then offer them for any form of redistribution or resale without prior written permission from Custom Courses.
d) Assignment
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license without prior written consent from Custom Courses.
e) Ownership
You may not claim intellectual property rights to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products remain the property of Custom Courses. Your license allows you to modify and use our intellectual property but not to claim it as your own or offer it for sale or for free in any form.
f) No Liability
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall Custom Courses be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Important Note: Your purchase of a license grants you permission to use our product as outlined in these Terms of Use. Our Terms are pretty basic: One trainer, One computer, Unlimited students. When you purchase a license, you are allowed to edit and use our training content as and when needed. You are not permitted to share our content with colleagues or claim it as your own. You cannot resell our content, even if modified by you. Your purchase of our products indicates your understanding and agreement with the Terms as outlined here and in the product"s description. We will vigorously protect our copyright. Custom Courses remains the author of all products and services delivered and reserves all rights, intellectual, and creative copyrights herein.
Our Refund Policy
Since our company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is downloaded. We offer sample products to download and open and make sure there are no system compatibility issues. We offer our downloadable samples so you will also be able to work with our products and enjoy the quality and time-saving content.
